This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes how https://vorzelynwloxarix.world uses cookies and similar technologies, how you can control them, and the legal framework in the EU ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Sweden together with the GDPR.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits that read or write identifiers. Some technologies are needed for basic operation; others help us understand usage or deliver relevant messaging when you consent.
2. How we obtain consent
When you first visit, a banner offers Accept all, Reject (non-essential off), and Cookie settings where you can enable or disable optional categories. Strictly necessary cookies remain active because the site cannot function or evidence consent without them. Your choices are stored locally in your browser (for example via localStorage) with a timestamp. You may reopen settings by clearing site data or when we surface a renewed banner after material changes.
3. Categories of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies support core functions such as load balancing, security, fraud prevention, and remembering your cookie preferences. They are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) and, where applicable, the ePrivacy exemption for strictly necessary storage. You cannot disable them through our banner because doing so would prevent reliable operation.
3.2 Analytics (optional)
If you enable analytics, we or our processors may set cookies or use scripts to collect aggregated statistics about page views, referral paths, device classes, and approximate geography. Processing relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time; new hits will cease once scripts are blocked.
3.3 Marketing (optional)
If you enable marketing, identifiers may be used to measure campaigns, attribute conversions, or personalise advertisements on partner networks. Processing relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR consent and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) assessed against your rights for limited contextual activities that do not require storage access. You may withdraw consent through the banner or industry tools where available.
4. Representative cookies and storage keys
| Name / key (illustrative) | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| floravascor_cookie_prefs | Strictly necessary | Stores JSON consent state (necessary, analytics, marketing flags and timestamp). | 24 months from last update unless you clear site data. |
| Session cookies | Strictly necessary | Maintain form progress or security tokens during a browsing session. | Session (deleted when the browser closes unless persistent variant is labelled). |
| Analytics identifiers | Analytics (optional) | Distinguish unique visitors in aggregated reporting when consent is granted. | Typically 12–26 months depending on vendor configuration. |
| Marketing pixels | Marketing (optional) | Attribute ad interactions and build audience lists where permitted. | Varies; refer to third-party policies linked in deployment notices. |
Exact names may evolve with platform updates; this table reflects typical implementations. Ask us for a current inventory when conducting diligence.
5. Third parties
Optional analytics or marketing tools may be supplied by vendors acting as processors or joint controllers depending on configuration. We require contractual clauses, minimise data shared, and prefer EU hosting. Vendors may transfer data internationally using mechanisms described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies may degrade checkout, consent recall, or security features. Use our in-site controls for granular choices where available. Mobile operating systems provide reset advertising identifiers separately.
7. Browser-specific controls
Major browsers provide cookie menus under settings labelled Privacy or Security. Safari on iOS and macOS, Chrome on Android and desktop, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Samsung Internet each allow blocking third-party cookies, deleting stored data, or browsing in private modes that discard session cookies when closed. Refer to the vendor documentation for step-by-step paths because menus change between versions.
8. Do Not Track and global privacy controls
There is no uniform legal standard for browser Do Not Track signals. We treat explicit choices made in our banner as authoritative. Where a recognised global privacy control becomes legally binding in our markets, we will update this policy and our technical stack to honour it.
9. Retention of consent records
We retain consent logs (including the preference object and timestamp) for twenty-four months from the last interaction to demonstrate compliance with accountability obligations under Article 5(2) GDPR.
10. Processor audits and agreements
Before enabling optional tools, we review documentation such as Data Processing Agreements, sub-processor lists, and security white papers. Vendors must commit to instructions that stay within the purposes disclosed here and honour data subject rights channels coordinated through us unless direct rights apply by law.
11. Updates
We amend this policy when we introduce new technologies or regulators issue guidance. Material changes will be announced on the website and may trigger a fresh consent request for optional categories.
12. Contact and complaints
Questions about cookies can be sent to info@vorzelynwloxarix.world. You may also contact IMY (Sweden) or your local EU supervisory authority about unlawful tracking.
